In addition to being an active real estate agent, his primary role is to grow and strengthen the HomeSmart Expert Realty brand throughout the state. Bryon has been helping families achieve and maintain the American Dream for over 25 years. He is passionate about guiding people toward their goals of homeownership, investing, and building wealth.

Bryon is a trusted real estate advisor and mortgage loan originator with nearly 30 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate the real estate and lending process. He has extensive knowledge of diverse real estate markets and a wide range of loan programs. Known for his creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving approach, Bryon takes pride in helping clients find the right solutions for their unique needs.

He serves as the Managing Partner and Director of Growth for HomeSmart Expert Realty in North Carolina and is also an active agent and mentor in Colorado. Bryon is a licensed REALTOR® in Colorado, Florida, and North Carolina.

Personal Life:
Bryon and his wife, Sally, have been married since 1996. They have four children—two of whom are married—and are proud grandparents to six grandchildren. Sally homeschooled their children for 25 years, and the couple recently entered the empty-nest stage of life. Bryon enjoys all things sports, as well as playing guitar and singing. Together, Bryon and Sally love spending time outdoors and traveling, especially to visit their children and grandchildren who live across the country.

Spiritual Life:
Bryon and his family are active in their church and love serving in various ministries. Over the years, he has been part of the Worship Team, served on the Deacon Board, and taught a variety of Bible classes. He is also actively involved in men’s and couples’ ministries and is deeply passionate about his faith. Bryon has a sincere desire to share God’s love with others and to offer hope and encouragement to those in need.
